Today we present you one of our Made in Italy design projects. It is a lighting intervention for the rooms of a concept hotel in Trentino Alto-Adige, Italy. Here’s what we did.
Illuminate the rooms of a hotel? Nothing is impossible for Ulap design!
The client turned to us to illuminate the traditional style rooms and some common areas of his hotel DA°EL°DA in Val di Ledro (Trentino Alto-Adige).
[su_highlight background=”#46bee0″ color=”#ffffff”]We supported him with a design consultancy, at the end of which he chose our wall lights Pirn in chestnut wood for the light points of the rooms and the table lamp Big Pirn, in wood walnut, for common areas.[/su_highlight]
The ideal solution for this concept hotel that wanted to enhance the environment by focusing on the minimalist and clean style of the wood, enriched by the use of low consumption LED decorative bulbs.
Why we have chosen Pirn lamps by Ulap design
We chose this wood essence to create continuity with the colors of the spaces. Thanks to the decorative LED bulbs with a rounded shape we have obtained a visual effect of great impact, illuminating the traditional rooms of this hotel in a homogeneous and delicate way.
The customer wanted to acquire delicate lighting points, respecting the design concept of the accommodation.
We recommended the installation of Pirn, because simple and striking, and the essence of chestnut, the best to stand out in an environment with warm and welcoming colors.

As can be seen from the image, we carefully select our raw materials. Wood always comes from safe and certified sources, so as to guarantee quality and respect for the environment.
Furthermore, we treat it exclusively with vegetable oils that enhance the surface and which we love to enrich with a few drops of essential oil to give a pleasant multi-sensory experience to customers and their guests.
